Indian Head Massage
Originating, as the name suggests, in the East, Indian Head Massage works on both physical and mental states. It focusses on the upper body, back, shoulders, neck and head - the areas most vulnerable to stress and tension.

It is a wonderful and beneficial programme for de-stressing the whole body.
- Disperses toxins from tense and knotted muscles
- improves blood-circulation in previously congested muscles
- helps oxygenate the brain
- helps with eye strain, tinitus, jaw ache, sinusitis
- stimulates lymphatic drainage
- aids sleep

Indian Head Massage induces a state of calm, peace and tranquillity and promotes high levels of alertness and concentration.

Case Studies
Felicity, aged 45
Felicity was about to go on a business conference, when she came down with some severe symptoms. She was completely disoriented, had problems with her balance, severe headaches, and aches and pains in her arms, legs, and back.

She was treated all over with gentle effleurage and deep body work. She also had a pillow diffused with lavender, and an especially blended mix of marjoram and rose. Her blood pressure re-balanced, her aches and pains disappeared, and she even found herself forgetting to use her glasses. Whereas previously she had had some problems with her circulation, her hands and feet were now warm, and the tension in her head disappeared. A week later she e-mailed us from her conference in Jamaica to let us know that none of her symptoms had re-occurred.
